2.5 hour private cruises are suitable for those with a special interest such as bird photography or simply wish to cruise in privacy. Cruises are private to your group and hence the cruise can be tailored to your interests and focused entirely on your viewing and photographic aims. 

Private cruises, 2.5 hours duration are longer than regular public cruises, providing an opportunity to slowly explore the river, observe the most scenic sections, and find the wildlife inhabitants of the river. Key target species include Little Kingfisher, Papuan Frogmouth, Black Bittern, Great-billed Heron, Saltwater Crocodile, Green Tree Snake, Water Dragon and butterflies. 

Tours are professionally conducted in a small, comfortable, open vessel which enables a quiet, intimate exploration of the river with close views of target birds and wildlife. The vessel used is a unique ‘hybrid’, utilising a regular outboard and an incredible electric engine powered by a portable 24V lithium battery. The electric motor reduces wildlife disturbance leading to better wildlife observations.
